Solution Consultant, EPM

Solution Consultant plays a key role in crafting and developing business models for planning and analytics on EPM platforms like Anaplan and Workday Adaptive Planning.
You'll work closely with enterprise clients to understand their business needs, design and build models and provide training to help them get the most out of our solutions.
In this role, you'll engage with clients and build business models with the support of our Solution Architects, using our tried-and-true Agile implementation methodology.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to create scalable and efficient solutions that meet their business needs.
- Design detailed architecture plans and comprehensive project plans to guide the development process.
- Translate client requirements into actionable builds, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
- Build customized planning models that cater to the unique needs of each client.
- Develop robust data feeds to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Create and manage core data and metadata to support the planning models.
- Build and optimize the planning engine to enhance performance and usability.
- Develop user-friendly reports that provide valuable insights and facilitate decision-making.
- Set up maintenance protocols, integration processes, and thorough documentation to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Train clients through co-model building sessions, empowering them to manage and adapt the models independently.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure the models meet client expectations and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to continuously improve the models.
- Review and troubleshoot existing models to identify and resolve any issues.
- Use Agile methodology to support project development and ensure timely delivery.
- Expand your knowledge through continuous client interactions and learning opportunities.
- Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Participate in internal initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in business, consulting, or analyst roles
- 2+ years with EPM solutions like Anaplan or Workday Adaptive Planning preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Independent and team-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Basic skills in Python and SQL are a bonus

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Occasional travel, approximately 10% of your work time, may be required based on client and business needs.
